Vintage Houze Art Glass Novelty Dish Tray 1960s Be Nice in Original Box NOS.  This is an old boxed gifted set with a tray that says: " You've Been Nice and I thank you". Signed "Brewer" (I think) The box is new old stock, I'm not sure if it's ever been opened.  I've seen (and bought) a few of these and most have never been opened, it must be like a punch bowl set, you get one for a gift and it goes in the closet and that's that.  Anyway, nice old green color tray.  It measures 7" x 3", and the actual tray is about 1 1/4" shorter than the box measurements.  I have a couple more of these trays out for sale if you are interested in more to save on shipping.
